Not only is she genuinely committed and passionate about serving the ND community, she has an incredible toolbox of strategies for all different issues related to fostering independence. It didn't matter if they were working on budgeting, meal planning, online dating safety, active listening, friendship building or practicing for a speech or job interview, Sydney always seemed able to motivate our daughter and hold her accountable. She was always readily accessible and took the time to really get to know Lauren's personality and strengths and weaknesses. And all successes were celebrated no matter how small! There were many times that she eased my mind as a parent and reminded me that we are on a journey and not in a race.”
