Sydney Green
Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Anthropology

Hi, I’m Sydney Green, Founder, Owner, and Life Coach at Mindshift NeuroDynamics, where I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults age 18 and older as they navigate adulthood and independence. With a background spanning Applied Behavior Analysis and transition programs for neurodivergent young adults, I bring an individualized, integrationist approach grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Coaching, Collaborative-Dialogic Practice, Narrative coaching, and neurodiversity-affirming principles. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology, am IBCCES Autism Certified, PEERS Certified, and trained in Mental Health First Aid. Through Mindshift NeuroDynamics, I address the service gap many neurodivergent individuals face after high school by helping them build confidence, apply practical life skills, and make informed decisions aligned with their personal goals—supporting both individuals and families in moving from uncertainty to clarity and confidence.
