Hi, I’m Sydney Green,

Founder, Owner, and Life Coach at Mindshift NeuroDynamics.

Hi, I’m Sydney Green, Founder, Owner, and Life Coach at Mindshift NeuroDynamics. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, particularly those over the age of 18. After two years working with evidence-based models like Applied Behavior Analysis, followed by three years in a transition program for neurodivergent young adults, I’ve discovered my true passion: helping adults redefine their paths toward independence.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology and am Autism certified through the IBCCES. I’ve also pursued certifications in evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Brief Coaching and Collaborative-Dialogic Practice. Those practices alongside Narrative coaching shape my integrationist, individualized approach when working with clients. Additionally, I have been PEERS Certified to assist in guiding young adults on building social skills and creating friendships. I also have been certified with Mental Health First Aid. These certifications reflect my commitment to adopting non-pathologizing, neurodiversity-affirming approaches in my work.

Through Mindshift NeuroDynamics, I aim to provide accessible resources and support to our adult community. I’ve observed a significant gap in services for neurodivergent individuals after high school, particularly in foundational areas regarding personal growth. Helping individuals build confidence to apply practical skills in everyday life to achieve their unique goals has tailored my practice.

Let’s work together to help neurodivergent adults & families navigate from uncertainty to confidence & informed decision.
