Hi, I’m Sydney Green,
Founder, Owner, and Coach at Mindshift NeuroDynamics.
About Me
I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, particularly those over the age of 18. After two years working with evidence-based models like Applied Behavior Analysis, followed by three years in a transition program for neurodivergent young adults, I’ve discovered my true passion: helping adults redefine their paths toward independence. Because of this passion, I set out to fill the gap in services for neurodivergent adults after they graduate from high school, building Mindshift NeuroDynamics from the ground up with this goal in mind.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology and am Autism certified through the IBCCES. I’ve also pursued certifications in evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Brief Coaching and Collaborative-Dialogic Practice. Those practices alongside Narrative coaching shape my integrationist, individualized approach when working with clients. Additionally, I have been PEERS Certified to assist in guiding young adults on building social skills and creating friendships. I also have been certified with Mental Health First Aid. These certifications reflect my commitment to adopting non-pathologizing, neurodiversity-affirming approaches in my work.
Let’s work together to navigate from uncertainty to confidence & informed decision-making!

About My Approach
The transition into adulthood shouldn’t feel like falling off a cliff, yet so many families experience exactly that. My main goal is to help individuals move from an “I have to figure everything out alone” mindset and environment into an “I can grow with the right support system” understanding. This begins at home: enabling parents to shift from managing their young adult’s every step to recognizing them as the creators of their own future That shift from isolation and frustration to collaboration is where growth really takes off, and that is what my program is designed to foster.
This unique and holistic approach looks different for everyone, but overall, our goal is to redefine indpendence for each individual in order to empower growth and confidence.
Most people are told that “independence” is a checklist: Get a job. Do things on your own. Fit the mold. But refining an old model rarely creates actual independence. Real progress and breakthroughs come only when we switch systems:
From doing things for them → to guiding them through the possibilities
From masking challenges → to activating strengths
From repeating the same patterns → to using personalized strategies
From surviving alone → to growing together
That’s the framework I’ve built: a modern approach to navigating adulthood through foundational skill building, self-confidence, and individualized progress - determined by the individual.
