Hi! I’m Sydney Green, CEO and Founder of Mindshift NeuroDynamics. One on one coaching is the core service of Mindshift NeuroDynamics, allowing for the most personalized and effective coaching. I love getting to work together with clients and their families to ensure there is a clear path to their goals (and plenty of support for their journey along that path). As a Certified Autism Specialist, I recognize that a holistic approach to coaching for neurodivergent adults is imperative for making progress. That’s why I tailor my approach to the many facets of my clients’ lives: home, school, self esteem, passion, etc.

Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current lifestyle and goals to start creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Everyone has different strengths, challenges, learning styles, motivators, etc. Through self-assessments and professional guidance, we can capitalize on our strengths and work on strategies for our challenges that can be formatted to best fit your needs

Since gaining independence is more than just discussing content, I’ll be guiding you in between meetings with follow up tasks to work on to put everything we discuss into practice.
